Exchanging a series of descriptions and prescriptions.

As part of the residency in de Kringwinkel we could dive into the tons of materials they process on a daily basis. Both de Ghellinck and I had a love for very tactile production processes, so in a first instance we decided to only work with materials even this recycling giant was trowing away. We would then describe the material and a processing of it which we could somehow prefigure the other artist would do with it. So both the descrition and the prescription were send by postal mail to one another.

This first exhibition showed the results of that trajectory.
